FOR OFFSHORE WIND FARMS
Marine Aids to Navigation for Offshore Wind Farms
Navigational safety is essential in offshore wind farm operations.
Sabik Offshore provides a full range of marking systems – visual, audible, and digital – designed to ensure safe navigation around offshore structures in all conditions. All systems are remotely monitored and controlled and the system includes a battery back-up.
Ensuring safe and reliable passage around offshore wind farms requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong engineering expertise, and fulllifecycle project support. Our navigational safety solutions are built on precisely this foundation.
Compliance You Can Trust
We design marking and lighting systems that fully meet global and local requirements. With active participation in standards groups such as IALA, RenewableUK, and American CleanPower, we stay at the forefront of evolving regulations—giving you confidence that your project is compliant in every market.
Beyond Products – EndtoEnd Support
From early concept development through installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and longterm operation, we stand alongside you at every stage. Our team ensures continuity, clarity, and reliable support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Strong Project Management
Our regional specialists and dedicated project managers collaborate closely with you to build a complete, integrated marking and safety system—tailored to the conditions and requirements of your specific site.
Wind Farm Solution Design
Using our extensive experience, we create compliant, optimized navigational safety solutions supported by detailed engineering drawings for approvals, certification, and smooth project execution.
Marine Lantern
SABIK Offshore marine lanterns achieve ranges from 2 to 10 nautical miles exhibiting the special mark characteristic flash patterns with ultra-low power consumption. The robust design and maintenance-free LEDs provide a long service life.
ID Marking
Fog Signal
The SeaMark fog signal FS02 is a compact and lightweight device consisting of 2 units. The modular design allows for easier installation as each unit can be mounted onto a standard railing independently, removing the need for a mechanical lifting aid.
Automatic Identification System (AIS)
The Sabik Offshore AIS (Automatic Identification System) provides a digital aid to navigation, ensuring wind turbines and substations are shown on digital maps.

Brightness Transmitter
The brightness transmitter is used to measure the ambient brightness. As a safety measure, if the brightness falls below a predetermined thresh hold, the marking system is automatically switched on.

Marking Light Control System
The MLCS is designs as the central point of control for the marking system on a turbine. It provides communication to the ParkMaster and control center as well as battery back up.
ParkMaster
Remote Monitoring and Control
The ParkMaster server is the is the nervous system of the marking system. It gathers all information and allows communication between the control center and devices.
Depending on the project design, we offer various kits and accessories.
