THROUGH FOCUSED LIGHTING

Proper lighting is another key component of platform safety. Our advanced lighting solutions are specifically designed for offshore wind turbine platforms, offering directional light to enhance visibility without compromising safety. By carefully controlling the light, we provide several critical benefits:

Reduced Light Pollution: Our directional lighting minimizes light pollution, making the platform less attractive to insects and, in turn, reducing the presence of birds, which could pose risks to technicians.

Focused Illumination: The lighting is directed downwards, concentrating light exactly where it is needed—on the platform. This ensures technicians have a well-lit working area without unnecessary light spilling into the surrounding environment.

Minimized Glare: By reducing glare, our lighting prevents technicians from being blinded while working, allowing them to focus on the task at hand with improved visibility and safety.

Enhanced Navigation Safety: A controlled light profile reduces excess light emission that could interfere with navigational aids. By preventing outward light signals, our lighting solutions ensure clear visibility for mariners in the surrounding area.

Boat landing lights brightly illuminate the access ladder, ensuring personnel can safely transfer from a vessel onto the turbine platform.

Simplicity of the Connection 

The unique connection created by a rivet holds against vibration. Simplicity in assembly – A simple pneumatic or electric tool is used to assemble the EverSafe System. There is no need for highly skilled labor to weld pieces together. Entire systems can be assembled in minutes, instead of hours and savings on time means savings on labor costs.

Rivets create a permanent connection that cannot be easily loosened and redone.

Marine Grade Aluminum

Meets the demanding environment and requirements of the offshore wind industry. Aluminum provides a lightweight, durable and corrosion resistant solution.

It’s Green

The aluminum we use to manufacture the EverSafe System is made from 70% recycled material, and at the end of its life cycle, the railing can be recycled by 100%.

It’s Efficient 

The modular design of EverSafe allows for more compact and efficient transportation compared to welded segments (for perspective, 13 EverSafe kits can fit into a 40′ container versus only 4 welded sets), thereby minimizing transport requirements and reducing the associated carbon footprint.

It’s Local

Our modular building block concept allows the railing system to be shipped efficiently to any location and easily assembled on-site, supporting local content.

Its modular design uses standardized parts in a building block concept for quick and easy construction, transportation and installation.

EverSafe uses rivets instead of traditional welding which avoids extra time, expense and documentation work. Manufactured with marine grade aluminum it is a durable yet lightweight solution providing unbeatable corrosion protection and flexibility.

Railing

As the system’s fundamental element, the aluminum railing ensures a secure perimeter that minimizes fall risks in offshore environments. Its modular construction offers versatile configuration options for various platform designs.

Gates

Providing everything from swing to sliding gate configurations, we deliver a safe, versatile access point for offshore platforms—designed to integrate effortlessly with the EverSafe railing system.

Safety Light Control System

The SLCS is designed as the central point of control for the safety lighting system on a turbine. It provides communication to the ParkMaster and control center as well as battery backup.

Remote Monitoring & Control

The ParkMaster server is the is the nervous system of the marking system. It gathers all information and allows communication between the control center and devices.
